As a part of the implementation of “From the University to the Labor Market in the 21st Century: a Step towards Learning in Real Production Conditions” — UniLab, work is underway to develop a program and educational materials for an elective course intended for graduate students in order to increase their competitiveness in the labor market and help them to employment. The working title of the course is “Skills for the Labor Market”.
The elective course will include 4 modules. Modules must be developed and presented on the Moodle platform.
Each module is designed for 18 hours and includes 4 topics (4 hours per topic for familiarization with the material and independent work of the student). Each topic ends with an intermediate self-assessment test.
After studying each module, students complete the final work and present it to other students for mutual evaluation. Upon successful completion of the course, the student receives a certificate.
The staff of Mogilev State A. Kuleshov University, together with the representatives of Francisk Skorina Gomel State University, prepared materials and developed the 4th module for the course. The title of the module is “Workplace Stress and Stress Management”.
