On July 12 and 13, 2021, the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Continuous Oriented Education in Mathematics and Natural Sciences (STEM-2021): State, Development, Prospects” (dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Republican Summer Research School of Students and Teachers) was held on-line. The conference was attended by more than 60 teachers, university teachers, educational development institutes, scientific institutions from all regions of the Republic of Belarus, as well as from Russia and Bulgaria, including a teacher and a graduate student of our university. The report “The Use of Graphic Editors in Organizing the Educational Process on Geometry” was made by Romanovich Lyudmila Alexandrovna, senior lecturer at the Department of Algebra, Geometry and Differential Equations, and Shevtsov Artem Dmitrievich, a 2021 graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences. On July 20-21, at the XXVI International Scientific and Practical Conference “Science in a Modern Information Society” (North Charleston, USA), the head of the Department of Algebra, Geometry and Differential Equations Marchenko Irina Vasilievna made a report “On the Possibilities of the Academic Discipline “Mathematics” in the Formation of Professional Competencies of Software Engineers”. For active participation in the conference, she was awarded a diploma.
