The subject of serious discussion was cartoons as a tool for shaping a child's worldview. The attendees received a professional answer to the question: “What information should cartoons broadcast for the normal child development?”.
The participants of the lecture were particularly interested in the problem of using modern toys, among which there is a group of “strange toys” (for example, a crab boy) that do not meet the criteria of psychological safety of game products.
The high degree of involvement of those present in the issues under discussion was supported by numerous examples of the negative impact of some toys and cartoons on children's mental development.
Lecturers and students expressed their gratitude to S. V. Pazukhina for the interesting lecture and the opportunity to get acquainted with the latest scientific achievements in the field of protection of junior schoolchildren from harmful information in modern conditions.
