The monograph is devoted to the urgent problem of studying the theoretical bases for the development of the methodological culture of a teacher in the system of continuous education. The text presents the results of the descriptive and analytical work of the author, expressed in the analysis of approaches to determining the essence of the methodological culture of a teacher, in reconstructing its morphological ontology in the problem field of pedagogical research, as well as theoretical modeling concepts that reveal the characteristics of the methodological culture of a teacher as a synthetic interdisciplinary phenomenon and theoretical constructor.
