The dictionary is published within the framework of the lexicographic project “Dictionary of the Mogilev-Smolensk Border Dialects”, which presents the vocabulary and phraseology of the Mogilev-Smolensk borderlands, collected by the teachers of the Russian Language Department and students of the Philological Faculty of Mogilev State A. Kuleshov University in the 80s of the XX century — the first decade of the XXI century. The third issue of the Dictionary includes more than 2000 entries for letters З – К. The dictionary is addressed to a wide range of humanitarian experts — dialectologists, ethnolinguists, historians and ethnographers, graduate students and students, language teachers, as well as all those who love, appreciate and preserve the living folk word.
