The course of lectures reveals the basic concepts, tasks and applied nature of the discipline “Judicial System”. It considers the issues of the history of the judicial system and law enforcement agencies in the Republic of Belarus, reveals the theoretical, organizational and procedural foundations of the current judicial system and law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Belarus (prosecutor's office, preliminary investigation and inquiry bodies, justice bodies, the legal profession and notaries).
