The study book is intended for university students of a philological profile. The publication contains critical reviews of M. Garetsky’s, V. Lastousky’s, U. Zhylka’s, L. Kalyuga’s, C. Baranavyh’s, M. Zaretsky’s, A. Mry’s, F. Alyakhnovich’s, U. Galubok’s works, as well as possible topics of student projects on history of the Belarusian literature of the first third of the twentieth century. The recommended material is supposed to facilitate: a) studying, doing research, assimilating problematic theoretical and historical issues; b) making problem aesthetic analysis of an artistic image, work, historical conditions of the writer; c) elaborating issues of practical training, examinations, colloquiums, current attestation, course papers on the history of Belarusian literature of the first third of the twentieth century.
